My background spans consulting, healthcare, construction, and now software, data, and AI. I keep coming back to the same thing: understanding how something works, figuring out how to improve it, and building a practical solution.
That background shapes how I approach technology. I’m less interested in AI for its own sake than in understanding how a business actually works, where information or process breaks down, and what could be built to make it work better.
What excites me about AI is that it makes it possible to take on problems that once might have required a large development team or substantial budget. What I enjoy most is working with someone to understand a challenge, make the problem sharper, see the underlying system, and translate that into a tool or process that actually works.
